healthy lifestyle, slow the aging process, improve
balance and flexibility.
We welcome seniors and anyone new to fitness. We
are patient and understanding.
New to fitness? No problem. We will help you reach
any fitness goal you may have. Male, Female, Old
or Young, it's never to late to start a healthy
routine.
Block rate available.
Depending on fitness level and goals, It is
recommended 1 to 3 sessions per week.

30 Minutes - $30.00
60 Minutes - $60.00
Block Rates and discounts are available for weekly or
monthly sessions.
